Director – Marcus D. Davis 

 

Marcus D. Davis is a Command Sergeant Major with over 28 years of distinguished service in the United States Army and Texas Army National Guard.  Throughout his military career, he held senior leadership positions focused on operations, personnel readiness, and organizational transformation – culminating in his role as Operations Sergeant Major for the 176th Engineer Brigade.  In that capacity, he provided daily strategic counsel to the Brigade Commander and staff, overseeing mission planning, training execution, and administrative operations for more than 1,400 Soldiers.

In addition to his military career, Marcus brings nearly a decade of experience in banking with JPMorgan Chase, where he specialized in financial operations and client engagement.  He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College and an MBA from Liberty University.  He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Course and an active member of the Army Engineer Association.

As a Director of the Cup and Flower Foundation, Marcus leads with purpose and passion, advancing the Foundation’s mission to honor service, preserve military traditions, and support Soldiers, veterans, and their families.  He resides in Pflugerville, Texas.
